ABOUT THE PROGRAM
The EAGLES (Enriching and Guiding the Life Experiences of Students) Program is a Christian values education designed for adolescents and students aged 13-17 years old. It aims to positively enrich the lives of students by teaching them Biblical truths which could guide their relationships. The Program is premised on the truth that young people can “grow weak and exhausted” because of the issues, they face during their adolescence. Hence, there is a need to inculcate in them Godly values and lifestyles. They must draw strength and wisdom from God to overcome any problem, temptation and trial. In this way, they can “rise on wings like eagles”, full of strength, wisdom and vigor (Isaiah 40:30-31).
CONTENTS OF THE PROGRAM
The Bible declares that God’s Law can be summarized into two major commandments: Jesus answered, “Love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind.” This is the greatest and the most important commandment. The second most important commandment is like it: 'Love your neighbor as you love yourself.' (Matthew 22:37-39). Genuine and true relationship with God is a requirement for us to have a good and lasting relationship with our neighbors. These two commandments are the foundation of the curriculum.
