Salvation without works is dead. Christians should be the physical hand of Christ on earth. We are saved to serve. Every Christian must have the compassion of Christ for the physically and spiritually needy. The ministry will give importance in assisting and helping the needy and the destitute, as a means to proclaim the love and goodness of God. Consequently, Gen316 will be a church-planting ministry. Prevailing Prayer and Dependence on Holy Spirit
Communion with God brings spiritual wisdom and power. Prayer is the backbone of the ministry. Anything accomplish without prayer could become works of the flesh. Prayer releases the works and strength of the Holy Spirit, who is the power of God. It is only through the infilling of the Holy Spirit that one can manifest the fruit of Spirit. (Zechariah 4:6 Matthew 26:41, Mark 14:38, Romans 8:26, Galatians 5:22-23, I Thessalonians 5:17, )

There is a need to grow in the grace and knowledge of God toward Christ-like character and maturity. The ministry will be a venue to improve man holistically—spiritually, intellectually, emotionally, among others. (Matthew 28:19-20, 2 Peter 3:18, Hebrews 6:1)

Commitment to do the best for God’s glory. Striving for excellence is an act and manifestation of faith. God’s glory shines through excellent attitudes and performance. This can make men to be inspired and be drawn near to God. We must be faithful to God’s gifts and blessings. Fruitfulness is an evidence of faithfulness. (Matthew 25:29, Colossians 3:17)
